When a Thickhead Clown Becomes the Home Affairs Advisor

This joker claims the Arakan Army has members who got married inside Bangladesh—yet in the same breath says the border is secure. How can both be true? If the border were truly secured, how did armed foreign militants cross in and settle?

Even more absurd, this same man once served as a brigade commander in the Chittagong Hill Tracts. So, was he busy officiating weddings for Arakan Army fighters during his tenure?

On April 16 and 17, Arakan Army members held a full-blown Water Festival—wearing uniforms and waving their flag—10 km inside Bangladesh’s Remakri Union in Thanchi. Border guards were present but did nothing “to maintain peace.” So, who ordered the silence? This clown, obviously.

This same failed advisor has also repeatedly failed to control violent clashes at Dhaka College and City College. His laughable solution? “Journalists should advise students not to fight.”

He has no actual achievements—only public embarrassment. Yet every day he parrots the same line: “There’s peace in the country. No instability.”

Hard to tell what’s more absurd—his incompetence or his delusion.⁩
